FAQ: REMS Maschinen, Versand und Gewährleistung

All our machines and tools come with a 12-month warranty. This applies to both professionally refurbished and new devices. In case of defects, we repair or replace the device free of charge.

Our refurbished machines undergo a thorough inspection and maintenance process. This includes:

• Replacement of wear parts and hydraulic oil
• Drive inspection and calibration
• Battery capacity testing for cordless devices
• Functional testing of all safety devices

Each device is fully tested before shipping and delivered ready for use.

Standard delivery time is 1 to 3 working days within Germany and the Netherlands. For Belgium, delivery may take 2 to 4 working days. Item-specific delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the device within 14 days. The return can be easily initiated via our withdrawal form.

Our refurbished machines are in very good, fully functional condition. They may show light signs of use that do not affect functionality. New machines are delivered unused and in original packaging. Each product page shows detailed photos of the actual device.

Yes, all machines are 100% original REMS or from other specified brand manufacturers. We source our devices exclusively from trusted sources and guarantee the authenticity of every product.

Yes. All prices in our shop are net prices excluding VAT. Entrepreneurs with a valid VAT ID from another EU member state can receive the intra-EU delivery without VAT (0%, reverse charge). Enter your VAT ID in the checkout field provided; we verify it after your order.

Compatibility depends on the press profile and machine type. REMS Mini-Press and Power-Press use different jaw mounts. The profiles (e.g. M-profile, V-profile) and nominal widths (e.g. 15, 22, 28, 35 mm) are listed in each product description. If unsure, ask us with your machine type.

The profile depends on the fitting manufacturer: V-profile for Viega Profipress (copper), Sanpress (stainless steel) and Prestabo. M-profile for Geberit Mapress, Sanha and VSH. TH- / U-profile for multilayer composite pipes from Uponor, Henco and Wavin. All press jaws and matching radial press machines are in our range.

Standard REMS press jaws with 32 kN pressing force fit all press machines with universal jaw mount (e.g. REMS Power-Press, Akku-Press, Viega Typ 2 / PT2, Novopress EFP/AFP). Important: REMS Mini-Press machines strictly require the special, more compact REMS Mini press jaws. Our press jaw guide explains the details.
