All our machines and tools come with a 12-month warranty. This applies to both professionally refurbished and new devices. In case of defects, we repair or replace the device free of charge.

Our refurbished machines undergo a thorough inspection and maintenance process. This includes:

• Replacement of wear parts and hydraulic oil
• Drive inspection and calibration
• Battery capacity testing for cordless devices
• Functional testing of all safety devices

Each device is fully tested before shipping and delivered ready for use.

Standard delivery time is 1 to 3 working days within Germany and the Netherlands. For Belgium, delivery may take 2 to 4 working days. Item-specific delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the device within 14 days. The return can be easily initiated via our withdrawal form.
