De Hilti GPB 6X-A22 is een snoerloze satineermachine (ook wel polijsthulpmiddel of borstelschuurmachine genoemd). De machine is specifiek ontworpen voor metaalbewerkers om oppervlakken van roestvrij staal (RVS), aluminium, messing en koper te schuren, matteren, satineren en spiegelglad te polijsten.
- Toepassing: Ideaal voor de oppervlakteafwerking van metalen. Dankzij de compatibiliteit met spiebaan-assen (quad key) is de machine geschikt voor diverse opzetstukken zoals lamellenwielen, polijstschijven en opblaasbare expansierollen (om schuurbanden te monteren).
- Variabele snelheid: Voorzien van een regelknop waarmee de snelheid nauwkeurig kan worden afgestemd op het materiaal. Dit voorkomt oververhitting en verkleuring van kwetsbare metalen zoals RVS.
- Toerental & Bereik: De snelheid is regelbaar tot maximaal 2.750 omwentelingen per minuut (RPM) in de hoogste stand. Het gereedschap is geschikt voor opzetstukken met een maximale breedte en diameter van 100 mm.
- Ergonomie: De machine is ontworpen met een slanke handgreep en een verstelbare beschermkap om comfortabel en veilig in verschillende hoeken te kunnen werken.
